You plan and organise months or years in advance, like wild things. Eventually, your big day arrives and you’ve discussed everything, planned everything down to the last detail. If something goes wrong now, or one of your guests doesn’t like something…then so be it. You can’t change it then, but what you can do…

Generally when it gets dim, or when the sun is gradually rising or setting.
Everyone's thinking about sunrise now?! Absolutely right, it makes no sense. But towards sunset we have beautiful light and that's when I love to go out the most, to capture some very special photos for you.
During peak season, we're usually talking from 8:00 PM then.

A controversial question, but I'm going to try and answer it for you: We have a massive workload with booking requests, getting to know clients, preparing shoots or reports, bookkeeping for reservations, etc. We're ONLY talking about preparations here, no photos have been taken yet.
Furthermore, wedding photographers/photographers are then tied up for several hours on the day itself and cannot do anything else during this time. Some require babysitters for this time, which also incurs costs.
We will sort through the pictures from your big day, which can easily amount to 6,000–8,000 images. After that, many hundreds of pictures will be edited, each one individually and personally.
On top of that, our equipment costs an immense amount of money and we effectively always pay upfront, plus there are ongoing costs for the business, photo editing software, website and website maintenance, and so on and so forth.
So you see, a fair amount of time and also a fair amount of cost is involved.

After I have read and confirmed your booking request, we will arrange an appointment for a face-to-face meeting or a video call. This way, we can get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and, above all, you can see if I am a good fit for you and if it „clicks“.

I have specified the inclusive kilometres in my packages. Either 50 km or 150 km in my largest package are included. In addition, I charge €0.50 per km.

You will receive a link to the online gallery with all edited images approximately 1-2 weeks after your wedding. Before that, however, I will share an exclusive 24-hour or 48-hour preview for you as the bridal couple! With my premium package, you will also receive 30 high-quality prints of your big day.

In principle, however, I start at €2,899 for the 8-hour package.

For a bridal couple shoot, I essentially only need 20–30 minutes. If there's still nice light in the evening at sunset, I'd do another short session with you for a maximum of 10 minutes.

This really depends on you and your budget. However, I've met many couples who little booked time with their photographer and were then disappointed that too little of their big day was captured. I personally recommend: As long as possible, because then I can also „tell“ you a wonderful story through pictures & videos.

In principle, as soon as you know your wedding date. This is usually 6-12 months before your very special day.
